Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once we have processed your order and sent it out you will receive notification via email letting you know that your order is on its way to you. Our office is open Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10am – 6pm. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
I have received my order but it is faulty.
If you think there is a fault with an item that you have received, then please contact us straight away, and where possible send a photograph of the fault, including as many of the order details as you can, to email@example.com

How much will the shipping cost to send my order?
The website will automatically work out the cost of your shipping, once you have chosen your shipping destination in the basket section.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your items chosen, and the country that you are shipping to.
Will my item require a signature on receipt of delivery?
Yes, all items will need to be signed for on delivery, so it is important to make sure there will be somebody present at the delivery address in order to receive the item.
For this reason, we are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses.

Will I be charged Customs and Import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Do you deduct VAT for non EU countries?
VAT is not charged on orders from customers outside of the EU.
This will automatically be deducted at the basket stage.
Do you ship to PO BOX?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses.
How do I return an item?
Please return items unused and with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for UK orders or within 21 days for international orders, where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
When returning goods, please retain proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please package your product with care as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in transit.
Clearly label your parcel as a return, failure to do so may cause customs delays.
Please fill in the product details on the returns from provided with your order, indicating the reason for return and that you would like a refund.
I wasn’t refunded my delivery charge?
We regret that with the exception of faulty goods, postage and packaging are direct order processing costs and cannot be refunded.
Have you received my returned goods?
Once we have received your returned goods we will process your refund as soon as possible and you will receive a notification email from us to let you know.
Credit card refunds will appear on your bank or credit card statement. Please allow 14 days for processing.
Do you have a size guide?
Each item on the website has a size guide, this can be found underneath the product description.
As we carry international brands, where sizing may differ slightly, it is important that you refer to each items sizing guide to give you a better idea of which size is appropriate for you.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If for any reason you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you realise.
Orders that have already been processed and sent out cannot be cancelled or amended.
How do I find out more information about your products?
Each brand on the site has a drop down menu appear when you click on their name, within this there is an info section that will give you a detailed description of the brand.
I have added an item to my basket, but it is now showing as out of stock?
Usually when this happens it is because the item you have ordered is the last one that we have in stock. So as soon as it's added to your basket it will show up as out of stock, but you can still proceed and purchase the one that you have already added, by clicking on the basket in the top right hand corner of the page.
I have added an item to my basket, but it has now disappeared?
Our carts are designed to automatically empty themselves after 20 minutes.
If the cart has been emptied the item will automatically go back into stock on our website, so you should be able to select this item again. If this is not the case then just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
