Refunds.


We will be happy to refund any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Please return them unused and with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for UK orders or within 21 days for international orders. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

When returning goods, please retain proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please package your product with care as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in Transit.

Clearly label your parcel as a return, failure to do so may cause customs delays.

Please fill in the product details on the returns from provided with your order, indicating the reason for return and that you would like a refund.

Credit card refunds will appear on your bank or credit card statement. Please allow 14 days for processing. We regret that with the exception of faulty goods, postage and packaging are direct order processing costs and cannot be refunded.


All International customers please note that overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.


Exchanges.


We will be happy to exchange any items that have been purchased at full retail price with which you are not entirely satisfied. Please return them unused and with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for UK orders or within 21 days for international orders. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please note we are not able to exchange used, soiled or customer damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please fill in the product details on the returns from provided with your order, indicating the reason for the exchange. We can only exchange to another size in the same item. If you wish to exchange for a different item then you should have the item refunded and re-order through the site.

In the event of us being out of stock of a desired size for exchange then we will contact you within 24hrs Mon-Fri of receipt of the item to arrange how to proceed.

Shipping for the dispatch only of the exchanged item is funded by us and the original shipping method of the initial order will be used. Please note that we are not able to exchange Sale items.

Faulty Items.


Please contact us at info@couvertureandthegarbstore.com if you believe that the item you have purchased to be faulty. We will contact you and take it from there. Do not return the item to us. We will be in contact within 24 hrs Mon-Fri.


Sale Items.


We only offer refunds on Sale items, not exchanges. If a size exchange is required then the item will be refunded and the customer should re-order through the site. The Item will only be refunded if the item is returned to us in its original condition with all of the original packaging intact and all labeling/ticketing still attached to the garment.
