Founded in 2006 by artist Jennifer Sarkilahti, Odette is a Brooklyn-based jewellery collection inspired by organic and industrial shapes, natural specimens, unusual artefacts, and primitive forms. 

Sarkilahti’s fine art background is prevalent throughout her work with each design originating from a pencil sketch that is then carefully translated by hand into wax, like a small scale sculpture, before being cast into materials such as recycled sterling silver, brass, bronze and diamonds. “I am inspired by the notion of creating heirlooms; something rare and meaningful that can be passed down through the generations and reused.” 



Odette jewellery is made in New York City and is exclusive to Couverture in London.
