Last Update: 05/01/2021

From the 1st January 2021 there will be changes to the way the parcels are delivered to Ireland and countries in the European Union. To keep your experience with us as smooth as possible, here are a few key things you need to know.

VAT Free Shipping
Orders going to Ireland and EU countries will no longer be charged Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout. This VAT exclusive price will be shown to you before you confirm your order.

Shipping Times
Parcels will be shipped out with UPS with tracking provided. We currently do not expect there to be major delays with shipping times so estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout will still apply.

Customs & Duty
You may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in the destination country and will be contacted by UPS with more information. Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

When returning orders, please mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” on the outer packaging and any commercial invoicing to avoid any additional charges and delays getting back to us.

Shipping to Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be sent with tracked UPS shipping with VAT charged on orders. Orders will not be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival.

Shipping to EFTA Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland)
Deliveries to EFTA countries will be remain the same with parcels sent with tracked UPS shipping and VAT excluded on orders. Orders will be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival.
