This season, Garbstore x Full Count has been reworked by New York’s Stonework Store to create a new limited-edition version with chain stitch embroidery, available exclusively at Garbstore. Based in Queens, the independently owned store sells a carefully curated selection of vintage and new brands with a story to tell. Their workshop offers onsite denim repairs and custom-made hand-embroidered pieces crafted using a vintage chain stitch machine.
The Garbstore x Full Count Jacket is made in Japan using a 14oz rinse washed denim for a soft hand feel. Garbstore looked to vintage Japanese illustration as inspiration for the embroidery design and features ‘Take me to your leader’ in Japanese alongside an alien and a spaceship.
