Whatever you need, we are still here to help to get you through another lockdown. To align with recent government guidelines and advice, we have had to change a few things here and there so we can make Christmas shopping as smooth as possible for everyone this year.

Our Notting Hill store will be closed from Thursday 5th November until we are advised otherwise, however it will remain open for Click & Collect services on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 10am to 5pm, where our shop staff will be on hand to give you your package.

Our web-store is still open and fully operating so we can deliver your Christmas shopping directly to your door. Here, you can browse and shop our wide range of globally-sourced brands, under-the-radar designers and independent labels, ensuring there is something for everyone on your list. We will keep in touch with any updates on our website and across our social platforms. Store Hours, Click & Collect, Personal Shopping and Deliveries

• Our store is closed, however we are open from the hours of 10am-5pm (Mon, Wed & Fri) for store pickups and returns only. Please have your confirmation email and order number ready
• Our phone lines will not be working for the time being so please email. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available by email at web@couvertureandthegarbstore.com
• We will also be offering a virtual consultation service via FaceTime between 2pm-5pm (Mon & Wed) where you can still see the latest arrivals across womenswear, menswear and homeware from the comfort of your home. For more information and to book a slot, please email linda@couverture.co.uk
• The returns period remains 28 days from receipt
• There may be a slight delay in delivery times but we are working hard to get your package to you on-time
