Guest Selections / Rachel Comey

Our penultimate Guest Selection is from the highly acclaimed American born designer Rachel Comey. Her label is label is known for its rock and rollesque and vintage inspired style and is said to be the uniform of choice for cool downtown girls. Funnily enough the label originated as a menswear brand in 2001? David Bowie even wore a Rachel Comey shirt when he was on the Letterman show. The ethos of the label obviously caught the attention of stylish young men and women alike selling out in Barneys, mainly to the female clientele. This popularity sparked Comey to start production of womenswear in 2003. She now houses a mens, womens and shoe collection which sells across the World.
