Before founding orSlow in 2005, Ichiro Nakasu was driving around 90s Tennessee searching for 40s-60s vintage work and military-wear masterpieces. It was this trip that solidified his idea to build orSlow denim from such American styles. You can buy Nakasu’s denim in various washes from raw selvedge jeans, to the orSlow 105 2-year wash. The idea being washed down denim mimicking the look and comfort of two years of regular wear.
