UK Delivery (Mainland)
Standard delivery approximately 1-2 Working Days (order by 12 pm): £6.99
Mainland UK orders for Standard Delivery are shipped via DHL Parcel UK tracked shipping. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes & BFPO addresses.
Our shipping cut-off time for standard delivery is 12 pm; after this time, the parcel may be dispatched the following day.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, there will be a 2-4 working day delivery time.
Free UK mainland shipping on all orders until 8 October, 5pm. After this, free UK mainland shipping returns to orders over £200.
UK Collect in Store
1-2 Working Days: Free
Our free collect in-store service is available in our London Notting Hill store. Orders placed before 12 pm GMT will be available for collection in store from 1 pm the next working day. During the sale period, there may be a slight delay.
We will email you when your order is ready for collection. You will need to bring your order confirmation email and the card that you paid with. If you paid using PayPal, please bring the card associated with your PayPal account.
If you haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll send you an email to remind you. If you still haven't collected your order after 28 days, it will be returned back into stock and we will refund you. This should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.
UK Delivery (N.I. & Offshore)
Approximately 2-5 Working Days: From £24
For Northern Ireland and offshore UK orders, we use DHL Express. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes & BFPO addresses.
Orders to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are international orders. Please see International Delivery (duties and taxes included) below.

International Delivery (Duties and Taxes included)
All product prices include import duties and taxes for your delivery country. The only extra cost at checkout is shipping, and there are no further fees to pay on delivery.
International orders are processed by our partner Global-e, who act as the seller of record. Product prices are shown and charged in your local currency, and your payment will appear as Global-e, or Global-e with our name, on your bank statement. Prices vary by country, as they include local duties and taxes.
Delivery methods: Choose Standard or Express delivery at checkout. Your order will be sent with a trusted courier, depending on your country and the service you choose.
Delivery takes between 1 and 15 days depending on your country, and you will see the estimated delivery time for your order at checkout. All international orders are tracked, and we will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
