UK Delivery (Mainland)
Standard delivery approximately 1-2 Working Days (order by 12 pm): £6.99
Mainland UK orders for Standard Delivery are shipped via DHL Parcel UK tracked shipping. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Our shipping cut-off time for standard delivery is 12 pm; after this time, the parcel may be dispatched the following day.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, there will be a 2-4 working day delivery time.

UK Collect in Store
1-2 Working Days: Free
Our free collect in-store service is available in our London Notting Hill store. Orders placed before 12 pm GMT will be available for collection in store from 1 pm the next working day. During the sale period, there may be a slight delay.
We will email you when your order is ready for collection. You will need to bring your order confirmation email and the card that you paid with. If you paid using PayPal, please bring the card associated with your PayPal account.
If you haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll send you an email to remind you. If you still haven't collected your order after 28 days, it will be returned back into stock and we will refund you. This should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.
UK Delivery (N.I. & Offshore)
Approximately 2-5 Working Days: From £14
For offshore UK orders, we use DHL Express. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes & BFPO addresses
Our shipping cut-off time is 12 pm; after this time, the parcel may be dispatched the following day.

EU Delivery (Delivery Duty Paid)
EU approximately 2-7 Working Days: From £27
For European Union orders, we use duties and taxes paid (DDP) tracked shipping with DHL.
At checkout, any relevant duties and taxes will be added to your order to ensure there are no additional fees or paperwork at a later stage.

USA Delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
USA approximately 3-7 Working Days: From £25
For USA orders, parcels will be sent via tracked shipping using DHL.
As of 29 August 2025, the United States has suspended the previous $800 de minimis duty exemption. This means that all commercial imports, regardless of value, are now subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees upon entry into the U.S.
Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Under this arrangement, the retailer is responsible for delivering the goods to the U.S., but the customer is legally responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Please note: if a parcel is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties or other charges, and additional customs or return costs are incurred, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.

For Non-EU and ROW orders, we use duties and taxes unpaid (DDU) tracked shipping with DHL Express.
Charges such as taxes and duties will be excluded from checkout. Once shipped, DHL will get in touch with you to charge any relevant fees, for which the recipient will be responsible.
