Understanding Points & Vouchers
The C&G Rewards scheme works in two stages: points and vouchers.
Here is the difference between them:
- Points are earned when you shop and engage with us, from following us on socials to subscribing to our newsletter. They accumulate in your account and can be converted into Vouchers.
- Vouchers are discount codes generated from your points that you can apply at checkout to get a discount such as £5 off, £10 off, £20 off, or free UK shipping from Tier Silver and above.
Note: Points and vouchers have different expiry dates. Points are valid for 365 days from your last activity. Vouchers are valid for 90 days once generated. See the expiry questions below for more detail.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 2 points for every £1 you spend online and in-store. You can also earn points by:
- Signing up for our newsletter
- Following us on our social channels
Sign in to your account here to complete these actions and start earning bonus points straight away.
Note: Points earned on purchases are calculated on the item value only; delivery costs are excluded. Points are added to your account 28 days after your order, in line with our returns window.
How do I redeem points for a voucher?
Once you have collected enough points, you can convert them into a voucher code from your account dashboard. Your voucher options are:
- £5 off
- £10 off
- £20 off
- £50 off (Platinum tier only)
Your voucher code will not be applied automatically. Once you have generated your code, you will need to enter it manually at checkout to redeem it.
Where can I find my voucher code?
Once you have converted your points into a voucher, your code will be available in your account. Sign in to your account here to find your voucher code by clicking ‘view rewards’. Copy the code and enter it manually at checkout.
If you are subscribed to marketing emails, you will also receive your voucher code by email. To check your email preferences or subscribe, visit your account page.
Can I use my voucher online and in-store?
You can use your vouchers both online and in-store. There are a few differences to be aware of:
- Online: Enter your voucher code at checkout.
- In-store: Show your voucher code to a member of staff at the till. We kindly ask you to convert your points into a voucher in advance. To do this, simply log in to your account to generate your code.
Please note that vouchers cannot be used on Sale items online or in-store.
What if I return or cancel an order where a voucher was redeemed?
If you return or cancel an order where a voucher was used, the voucher itself will not be reinstated. However, the points used to generate that voucher will be returned to your account. You can then convert these back into a new voucher to use on a future purchase.
Will my points expire?
Points remain valid for 365 days from your most recent account activity, such as earning or redeeming points. To make sure you receive reminders before your points expire, make sure you are subscribed to our marketing emails.
Will my vouchers expire?
Once you convert your points into a voucher, it is valid for 90 days. Vouchers cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or credit.
How do I check my points?
You can check your points balance and see how to earn more at any time from your account dashboard. Sign in to your account here to view your current points balance.
Can I use my voucher alongside a discount code?
You cannot use a voucher alongside a discount code.
Can I apply multiple vouchers to my order?
Only one code can be applied per order. You cannot combine two vouchers - for example, a £5 off voucher and a £10 off voucher.
Can I use my voucher on sale items?
Vouchers cannot be used on Sale items when shopping online or in-store.
What are the conditions for using a voucher?
The following conditions apply to all vouchers:
- Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be reused after redemption.
- Only one voucher can be applied per order; multiple vouchers cannot be combined.
- Vouchers cannot be used alongside discount codes.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Vouchers cannot be used on sale items online or in-store.
How do I unsubscribe from C&G marketing emails?
You can manage your email preferences directly from your account page. Sign in to your account here and update your communication preferences.
Please note that if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you will no longer receive updates on your points balance or reminders when your points or vouchers are due to expire.

What are VIP tiers and how do they work?
C&G Rewards has four VIP tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The tier you are in is based on how many points you have earned within a rolling 365-day window.
- Member - automatic on sign-up. You will receive 50 bonus points when you join.
- Silver - reached after earning 350 points within 365 days. You will receive 200 bonus points on entry.
- Gold - reached after earning 800 points within 365 days. You will receive 600 points on entry.
- Platinum - reached after earning 2,000 points within 365 days. You will receive 800 points on entry.
How do I move up a tier?
Tier progression is based on points earned. Points are earned through purchases and other activity such as following us on social channels, signing up to our newsletter and celebrating your birthday. Once you have earned enough points to reach the next tier threshold, you will move up automatically.
What happens if I do not reach my tier threshold?
If you do not earn enough points to maintain your tier within a 365-day window, you will drop to the tier below.
