NORTH WORKS for TDR
A mission to piece together the finest craftsmen in the world led TDR to collaborate with NORTH WORKS. Based in Japan, the Sterling Silver enthusiasts repurpose 19th and 20th Century US coins into jewellery.
Each meticulously hand-crafted piece makes for a striking range of jewellery or in the case of TDR, a perfect adornment for clothing.
From pockets to cuffs, button closures and belt loops, every piece of hardware applied to TDR garments epitomises the concept of the finishing touch.

NORTH WORKS' ability to repurpose coins into varying shapes know no bounds, enabling TDR to apply the hardware to garments for numerous purposes. Seen here as a button cuff on the Grande Shirt, a patch pocket closure on the Noragi Jacket or interspersed between Corozo buttons on the Alpaca Vest. From an engraved button, to a delicately crafted skull and a silver shank button, the silver hardware maintains the original functionality of the closure, whilst offering a thoughtful and distinctive finish fit for the everyday.
On the classic TDR Jeans, an already distinctive pair of denim are emblazoned with a NORTH WORKS shank button and a silver hook at the waist, itself embellished with a turquoise stone.
Fit for keys, but standing strong in of itself as a detail, the hook is another example of where TDR's collaboration with NORTH WORKS helps to find purpose both within the visual identity of the garment and beyond.
