Couverture & The Garbstore marks its 25th anniversary with a series of exclusive collaborations. To celebrate the milestone, limited-edition pieces arrive from long-time partners including Renata Brenha, Donna Wilson, Sideline, Laite Works and more. Founded by Emily Dyson-Paley with a vision for thoughtful design and craft, Couverture has grown into the Notting Hill destination for womenswear, jewellery and homeware. This year’s anniversary collections reflect that same spirit - considered, creative, and rooted in community.

We’re always looking to build on what we already have by adding new brands to The Garbstore roster - each with its own story to tell.

We sat down with chef, content creator and author Justin the Dustbin to talk cooking for friends, what inspires him creatively and what it was like writing his first book. Wearing the Type 1+ Nep Denim Jacket in Rinse and Warden Pant in Indigo from TDR, he spoke about the process behind 'Long Day? Cook This' and why for him, TDR stands for ‘Today’s Daily Ramen’.

We sat down with baker Sam Wong at her home to talk cakes, bakes and everything pandan.
