    For all mainland and majority of offshore UK orders we use DPD tracked shipping. UPS will occasionally be used for offshore shipping if it is faster than DPD. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

    For European Union orders we use duties and taxes paid (DDP) tracked shipping with DHL.

    How much is USA Delivery?

    USA 3-7 Working Days: From £25

    For USA orders, parcels will be sent via tracked shipping using DHL.

    As of 29 August 2025, the United States has suspended the previous $800 de minimis duty exemption. This means that all commercial imports, regardless of value, are now subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees upon entry into the U.S.

    Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Under this arrangement, the retailer is responsible for delivering the goods to the U.S., but the customer is legally responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

    Please note: if a parcel is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties or other charges, and additional customs or return costs are incurred, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.

    Do you deduct VAT for non EU countries?

    VAT is deducted on orders outside of the EU, apart from the USA where it is included as part of duties & taxes paid shipping.

    How do I return or exchange an item?

    Online & Collect In Store Orders

    We offer returns on unworn items within 28 days of receipt.

    Unfortunately fragrance and underwear once opened cannot be refunded.

    In order to process the return for your online order, please visit our returns centre.

    Please kindly note that we do not offer direct exchanges. As such, we kindly ask you to return your item and repurchase the desired item.

    In Store Orders

    For orders bought in-store, orders can only be exchanged or a credit note given upon presentation of a valid receipt.
